My services - independently or as a package:
Organisation of all multilingual communication of your project
- Do you need simultaneous, consecutive, whispered, accompanying or another mode of interpreting? We can discuss this in advance.
- Is a personal guide system or an interpreting booth right for you? I will be delighted to clarify this in a joint discussion.
- Are you organising a virtual or hybrid event with interpreters? We can discuss that, too.
I also provide linguistic accompaniment during breakout sessions, such as the evening event with a joint dinner, business talks alongside the main event or guided tours of the facility.
I provide all complementary services, such as translations of your presentations and other documents into the desired languages.
Booking of multilingual interpreting teams
If you need other languages, I can book additional interpreters and organise the team.
In doing so, I only work with relevantly qualified conference interpreters with professional experience and, if possible, membership of my professional association, the Association of Conference
Interpreters (VKD).
Provision of interpreting equipment
I contact the organisers to get information about the local conditions and develop a concept for the appropriate interpreting equipment.
Personal support and assistance before, during and after your project
I maintain constant contact with you and the event organisers, technicians, interpreters, and translators involved and ensure that everything is on site on time. I also offer a follow-up.
Quality assurance
My working methods and procedures are in line with the DIN 2347 standard for conference interpreters. In accordance with the guidelines of my professional association, the Association of Conference Interpreters (VKD), interpreters agree to maintain strict confidentiality about all information and documents provided by the client during and in preparation for the assignment, even after the assignment has ended.
